For a comfortable retirement, passive income planning is crucial. Phillip's introduction sparked my interest in Thai real estate. Beyond the food, drinks, and entertainment, the property viewing tour aimed to help me understand the business opportunities in Thai real estate. We visited developments in areas like University City, Nebu, AP, and Sapphire, learning about their highlights, transportation, nearby shopping areas, and investment returns.
What impressed me most was Sapphire. The beautiful scenery along the Chao Phraya River is breathtaking, and there are plans for a metro line to take place there. With zero-interest installment payments on property and a high rental return rate, I decided to choose Sapphire as my first step in overseas investment.

I've known Phillip for many years, and after hearing his introduction to Thai real estate, I felt it was worthwhile to try different investment methods to diversify risk. At the time, I was most interested in Nebu's investment plan. In March, I actually went to Thailand with the team to view properties. I witnessed Thailand's convenience, prosperity, and opportunities, which broadened my horizons, and I also chatted a lot with other travelers who were also viewing properties.
I realized that it's not that dreams are unattainable, but rather that we easily underestimate ourselves and therefore dare not dream. However, because of Phillip and Judy, I decided to believe in Thai real estate, choose Nebu, and give myself a chance. Currently, I'm receiving cash returns on time, and I look forward to even greater profits after completion.

I have always believed that the meaning of travel is not just about seeing scenery, but about seeing a bigger world.
Last year, in the first quarter, I was fortunate enough to fly to Bangkok, Thailand with Judy, Mr. Yang, Phillip, and my godbrother's family for an overseas property investment trip that I still remember vividly.
Before setting off, I thought I was just going to "look at houses," but when I came back, I brought back a wealth of new perspectives, touching moments, and a greater imagination for the future.
Over the past few days, we've wandered the streets and alleys of Bangkok, looking at many different types of developments, from high-rise residential buildings in the city center to emerging areas full of development potential. In each place, Judy and Mr. Yang patiently shared their insights into the Thai market, teaching us not only about Thai real estate strategies, the future of a city, and understanding a country's development, but also how to allocate our assets with a global perspective.
It made me realize that buying a house is not just about buying a room, but about choosing where you want to stand in the future. Besides the fulfilling house-hunting trip, what warmed my heart the most was the enthusiastic hospitality throughout the journey.
Every day, they accompanied us as we explored Bangkok's culinary delights, from street food to fine dining establishments, ensuring we enjoyed every meal to the fullest. They even arranged for us to experience a Thai massage, washing away the fatigue of a day spent walking and looking at properties. We chatted and laughed along the way, sharing our life stories and exchanging ideas about different cultures and lifestyles.
What I initially thought was a research trip turned out to be more like a family vacation. During the day, we diligently looked at properties and researched the market; in the evenings, we enjoyed delicious food, relaxing massages, and occasionally strolled through shopping malls to admire Bangkok's night view, finding the most comfortable balance between work and life. It turns out that "learning while playing, investing while playing" can also be a lifestyle. I thoroughly enjoyed this trip because it taught me that investing is never just about cold, hard numbers, but about getting to know a city and experiencing a country's culture. I'm very grateful to Judy, Mr. Yang, and Phillip for their selfless guidance throughout the trip, and also to my godbrother's family for their companionship, making us feel the warmth of home even in a foreign land. This trip to Bangkok not only showed me the possibilities of overseas real estate but also convinced me that when we are willing to go out into the world, it will bring us more opportunities. "Vision determines one's level; choices determine the future." And Bangkok is the stop where I began to incorporate the world into my life's blueprint.
I am grateful for this journey and look forward to the next one, to travel the world with more partners, to travel together, learn together, invest together, and grow together.

A-Lian's Customer Testimonials
With soaring housing prices in Taiwan, often reaching tens of millions of dollars, I never imagined that I, as a member of the middle class, would be able to buy a house with meager savings, let alone... buy property overseas. It's practically a fantasy. If I told the people around me, they would definitely say I'm delusional or that I've been scammed.
It wasn't until one day, a trusted friend from the Chamber of Commerce returned from Thailand and enthusiastically shared his experience of investing in Thai property. After attending a property seminar at my invitation and listening to professional analysis of property trends in various countries, as well as the various advantages and benefits of Thai real estate, I was surprised to realize that I had truly been a frog in a well before. I had underestimated the benefits that information and connections could accumulate. It was only for those who understood and knew how to seize opportunities that I truly benefited. Fortunately, I was a lucky person and immediately signed up for a group tour at the seminar. Later, I also invited friends who were interested in investing in overseas property to join me.
This first real estate tour was completely different from the shopping tours I'd participated in before. There were no pressured sales pitches or packed house-hunting schedules. We only saw one or two items each day at most, and the rest of the time was spent eating, drinking, and having fun. My stomach was almost never empty. Even though I had just eaten a lot of delicious food, Judy, the tour leader, would still smile and offer me snacks on the bus. The last day was a luxurious cruise with all-you-can-eat meals, which perfectly demonstrated what a "plumping" tour looks like. In addition to the guidance and explanations from real estate tycoon Judy and Mr. Yang, the young staff members (Phillip, Chris, and Xiao Cui) also paid attention to and took care of us throughout the trip, making us feel very pampered and happy. Having participated in this kind of luxurious, comfortable, and affordable tour that made me feel so lucky, who would want to go on a self-guided tour that would leave me with broken legs?
After careful evaluation and consideration of my own financial situation, I mustered up the courage to purchase my first overseas property. The prices of Thai real estate were so affordable, comparable to those in Taiwan 20 years ago. I could buy a commercial property for less than 2 million NTD, and it even had a very stable and attractive rate of return. Compared to other investment and financial management tools that could cause heart attacks, it would be a shame not to seize such a good opportunity for my future self.
A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. No matter how much others tell you, nothing beats experiencing it for yourself. As a small-time investor in commercial real estate, I've started receiving feedback from you every quarter—and this will gradually increase in the future. Having found an excellent team that truly cares about its clients, you can't go wrong by following their lead!

Before attending the property viewing tour in Thailand, I had been thinking about how to prepare for retirement, hoping to build a stable passive income in addition to my working income. Through Phillip's professional sharing, I gained a completely new understanding of Thai real estate, which led me to decide to go there in person to experience the local investment environment firsthand.
This property viewing tour was more than just tourism; it was about gaining a deeper understanding of the unique features of each development. We visited projects in University Park, Nebu, AP, and Sapphire, among others. We received comprehensive information on everything from location and transportation planning to amenities, surrounding commercial areas, rental market conditions, and investment returns, which gave me even more confidence in the development potential of the Thai real estate market.
What attracts me most is the Sapphire development. The first-row views along the Chao Phraya River are stunning, and with the future MRT construction, its appreciation potential is promising. Add to that the zero-interest installment payment plan and stable rental income, and it becomes incredibly appealing for both asset allocation and retirement income.
This property viewing tour was incredibly rewarding. It not only broadened my international investment horizons but also allowed me to take my first step into overseas property ownership. I believe that proactive asset planning is essential for a more secure and high-quality retirement. I am very grateful to the Phillip team for their meticulous arrangements and professional explanations, which made this trip invaluable. I look forward to more investment opportunities in the future.

None of my previous trips to Thailand were as fun as this one with Judy, Phillip, and Mr. Yang! My friends and I decided to go to Thailand for fun and also check out the Thai real estate market, hoping to broaden our horizons and expand our worldview, since we had never seen overseas real estate before.
During our stay in Bangkok, they took us to eat, drink, and have fun. We not only saw how incredible the department stores were overseas, but also witnessed the tourism boom in Thailand. It's true that you don't know how big the world is until you step out of Taiwan.
I'm so glad I went on this trip. It made me realize how insignificant I am, how vast the world is, and how fortunate I am to be alive to witness it all. I also learned different things about real estate, which helped me grow. I look forward to going on another property search together next time!
